ordered a small coffee but was charged for a medium. The store was quite busy, so I didn’t want to hold up the line over 50 cents, but it was disappointing. The counter staff also came across as if they were doing me a favour by answering questions. When I asked about the coffee price, they simply pointed to the board. My eyesight isn’t good enough to read it from a distance, so that wasn’t helpful. I also wasn’t offered a receipt. I’ve worked in retail for 10 years, so I normally don’t give negative feedback. However, this is the second time I’ve encountered the same behaviour from this staff member, and I felt it was important to let you know. I dont want to pin point an individual. However, I hope this can be addressed so customers can have a better experience in the future.

Im a Local, a regular customer in fact. i have always been told in store items prices and behind the counter prices. As walking after 12pm at night i like to check the prices and make sure I have the correct amount of change. This was never an issue until tonight. :(

I moved to the area and find BP fuel gives me extra kms per tank I Always get great service! Love chatting with Codi and having a laugh, they all make good coffee and when I preorder it it's always ready and waiting for me for when I pay for my fuel. Highly recommend Newnham BP no matter the time of day!
