Roughly 5,40am on the morning of 14/1/26 I received terrible customer service. I am very dissatisfied with the service and I won't be attending again. I will also let my friends know about the terrible service I received.

Hi Natka, thank you for your feedback and we're sorry to hear about this experience. This is not the customer service we expect from our sites. We will pass this on to the store manager.

Very Messy store, staff behind counter picking his nose and touching products. Wont be going back.

Ответ владельца 7 месяцев назад

While many of our retail sites are independently owned and operated, we will contact this store to remind them of the need to ensure store cleanliness standards are upheld in the future.

Used to go there a lot, however I have stopped now as it seems they are quite often significantly more expensive than other service stations in the area (including other BP brand service stations). They are the first to increase the prices and last to decrease them. Just the other day they were 30 cents per litre more expensive than another local BP.

Hi James, like any business we review fuel prices day by day based on a variety of factors. If you’d like more info on petrol pricing in Australia please go to http://www.aip.com.au/facts-about-prices.
