Really disappointed with my experience at this BP station. I filled my car with a full tank of fuel, but the staff member Sahil refused to let me use the toilet. This seems to happen every time, especially when he is working on Saturdays. I’ve been using this toilet for a long time and always make sure to use it properly and keep it clean. When I asked him today, he said his manager had told him not to allow customers to use it. I’m not sure if this is actually BP’s policy, but I would really appreciate it if BP management could look into this. Customers who are buying fuel should be treated with basic respect and courtesy. Very disappointing experience.

"I had a very concerning experience at this BP location today. While I was entering the shop, the automatic door began to close on me; it appears the sensors are either malfunctioning or non-existent. Despite two staff members being behind the counter, neither was monitoring the entrance or noticed that a customer had become stuck in the door. This is a significant safety hazard that needs to be addressed immediately to prevent someone from getting injured. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and repairs the door sensors."
