What has happened to this place. The staff used to be friendly and knew what they were doing. On two separate occasions, I had issue, i 1. They had technical issues, kept saying that I hadn't hung up the hose properly, I went out to check, yep was hung up in the holder, went into pay and she told me again that it wasn't hung up, so she huffy and went outside to fix it herself, it didnt make any difference. 2. This week I went to fill the 4wd, came to almost $130, i scanned my BP rewards card as I get 6c a litre off with it, asked if the discount went through and the cashier said yes, asked for a receipt to check and no discount was applied, it was same figure on the bowser, blatant lying at it's finest. If this is the sort of service they are not going to provide, I'll find elsewhere to fill up.

Horrible experience at the petrol station at 6.40pm Saturday 23rd May. Second time I visited today filling up both cars at a cost of more than $200. I asked if I could use the toilet to be met with a very terse "no", I responded with "oh, are they out of order?" "no, they are wet, I've just cleaned them and you might slip and I don't want to do the paperwork" I looked for any signs of humour or joking manner only to be met with stony silence. Not an apology, suggestion of alternative facilities, just a glare. A very unpleasant experience. I have always made the effort to try and shop locally but shall now just fill up when I am in Coffs.

Terrible attitude by the lady behind the counter, bought fuel and ice creams for my kids, my phone couldn't connect to tap and pay and my wallet was at home, I offered to leave my 2000 dollar phone and drive back and get it and she said if I try and leave she would call the police, I said I was just offer to work a solution, and she said again if I was to drive away the police would be called....I would never attempt to steal fuel and all this took place infront of my 10 year old daughter, luckily my wife was able to borrow a car and drive my wallet up
