Thank you very much for your review. We are very happy that you are so satisfied with our service.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry for the inconvenience caused. At the moment, our toilet facilities can only be accessed with cash payment. We understand that this may be frustrating. We appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you again in the future.

We place great importance on customer satisfaction, which is why we take your feedback seriously. Please share your experience with the bp Service Center so that we can improve. Our colleagues are also happy to answer any questions regarding our fuels. You can reach them Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., by phone 0800 / 22 33 50 (free within Austria) or by email info@bpkundenservice.at. We understand that a fee for using the restroom facilities may not always be welcome. However, our facilities are regularly cleaned and maintained to provide you with a clean and pleasant environment. This fee enables our service station partners to maintain this level of service. Additionally, you receive a voucher of the same value, which you can redeem directly on-site or at other participating partners when making a purchase in the shop, bistro, or for refueling. We hope this helps balance the cost for you. Thank you for your understanding!.
