I had a fantastic experience at BP Rivenhall South Service Station today. Both Carol and Shabeeth provided exceptional customer service and were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. A special thank you to Shabeeth, who went above and beyond by taking the time to explain how the BP Rewards points card works. I’ve visited BP stations for years, and no one has ever properly shown me how to register, collect points, and make the most of the rewards available. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me understand the process rather than simply completing the transaction. Carol was also warm, polite, and helpful throughout my visit, making me feel valued as a customer. Together, they created a positive and memorable experience that is becoming increasingly rare to find. Both Carol and Shabeeth are a real credit to BP and the Rivenhall South team. Thank you for the outstanding service, I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this station to others.

It’s says 24 hours open but toilets closed. My wife really need to use the toilet. I asked the guy if we can use the toilet he said toilet open after 6 a clock. Rubbish service
