Natural to ask for an update on your order at a place like this after waiting 20 minutes in an empty restaurant. I got up to ask him for an update and he deliberately ignored me. Finally answered after I moved to the third different spot at the counter, with a bag attitude. Glad the food was delicious. I will just leave if that same guy is behind the counter though, I'm good.. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

I frequently visit BRD, but mainly the location in R. House. Today, I was even more impressed at this location, primarily with the service that R. House lacks. Wayne was an amazing server here. He made the crispiest fries and garlic bread I have ever had with very generously sized chicken tenders, all made fresh. I highly recommend BRD!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I have been to BRD over 20 times, and I have recommended this establishment to many friends and family as the best fried chicken in Baltimore with some of the crispiest fries I've ever had in my life. But what compels me to leave this five star review today was not the food which was exceptional as always. It was the unprecedented commitment to service and customer satisfaction of the employees today, specifically Wayne. Upon our arrival, Wayne proactively checked to see whether our food was hot and personally confirmed that the chicken and fries were crispy to our liking. Throughout our meal, Wayne periodically checked in to confirm if we had everything we needed. His thoughtfulness and attention to detail were readily apparent and genuine, which elevated already amazing food to an unforgettable experience. Thank you, Wayne, you really made our days! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $10–20
