On 11/28/2024, I made a purchase at Bacio di Latte, a Tatuapé unit, located on Rua Itapura, using the application. I took advantage of the Bacio em Dobro promotion and placed order no. 1304213 at 4:26 pm. The app reports that the delivery was made at 7:04 pm, but I did not receive the order. Payment was made via Pix, at the time of purchase. Since then, I have sent messages requesting support, both on the day of the request and the following day (11/29/2024). However, to date, I have not received any response from the company. Terrible service!!!

This is the WORST ice cream shop not just in the east zone of São Paulo, but in the state, and in Brazil. Not for the ice cream itself, but for the TENEBROUS service. In addition to having the slowest attendants of any other place we've ever been, they are also horribly rude. Honestly, it's a decadent ice cream shop. And solely because of the attendants, because the ice cream itself I prefer not to give an opinion, because regardless of what the ice cream is like, nothing makes up for the stress in this rubbish place. It's a rubbish ice cream parlor complex. Anyone who thinks it's normal to wait 45 minutes to get an ice cream, solely because of the slow people who take the orders and the cashier who is just as slow, go to this place. If that wasn't enough, the bad manners of this local cashier was something out of the ordinary. There were highly upset and nervous customers, and rightly so, and she, with her absurd lack of politeness, was making faces and mouths in front of the customers complaining. A creature like that shouldn't work with the public, because customers weren't complaining for nothing, the situation was absurd. It is not possible for anyone to consider this delay in getting an ice cream normal, this is the average period of receiving a dish in a restaurant, in which the dish is elaborated, prepared, it is not something READY. What justifies this delay in getting a damn ice cream? Of course, the slow service. I don't think there is a manager, a supervisor, or anything like that to coordinate this disaster of a place, the situation borders on the absurd. Despite the "fame" of Baccio di Latti, anyone who goes to this ice cream shop will certainly leave with a regrettable impression of how a place can have ridiculous and rude service. The impressive thing is that there are a LOT of employees in this ice cream shop and most of them had their arms crossed doing nothing, and the line was stretching all the way to the sidewalk in the scorching heat. And the thermal shock right at the entrance to the place with that terrible, super cold air conditioning right at the entrance is a surreal danger. Disrespect in many ways towards customers, lack of concern is notorious. I'm not even going to comment on the ice cream, because as I said, nothing justifies going to a ridiculous place like that with the worst service, especially from the rude and extremely slow cashier, to have a damn ice cream.
