On Monday I went to the bakery again after a long time! I once had a pumpkin seed sandwich. It was so tasty! Thursday I did too! Wasn't like Monday! And bought 2 pieces of cake from the lecture! It was definitely from Friday! Today I told myself I would get 2 rolls and eat them at home! Okay, I said: "2 crispy pumpkin seed rolls!" She said: "I didn't, because people bake the rolls tomorrow anyway! That's why they don't bake rolls for such a long time on Saturday!" I then baked them at home for 11 minutes! Then I can also buy baked rolls at the discount store! No wonder why private deals are collapsing! I read in other reviews about the friendliness! Well, when the boss or mother is there, it's always really bad! There used to be a cute blonde German girl there and almost similar looking with a little accent! The two of them were always very nice and friendly! But maybe the boss and mother :-( Luckily, a friend of mine also thought so; this dark-haired woman, perhaps her mother, wasn't in the store yet! At least until 5 years ago! Was the last attempt!!! And I have lived in Prenzlauer Berg for longer than 44 years! Then it's better to go to Bäcker Lau or take the M4 Buschallee as the first stop! Located at Danziger Strasse 135 in Prenzlauer Berg Backerei Kadtler has earned notoriety as a kosher bakery, all Flour pregelatinized and several items lacking Dairy with everything certified by the Rabbi of Berlin.Serving the community since 2004, hours from 06h00 until 18h30 on weekdays often finding popular items sold out early, guests can expect quick service from staff that does not speak English but manages to do their best describing Pastries anyways.Labeled in German with signage indicating a presence or lack of Cream and Butter, the Bienenstich two layers of yellow Sponge around Vanilla Cream beneath caramelized Almonds, Kadtler’s Mohnkuchen eats dense and nutty with a bit of sweetness on top while Currants and Quark make a laminated Danish stand out.Keeping kosher with Sreuselschnecke, soft Bread beneath Crumbles that taste buttery not lacking despite limited Ingredients, “Apfelkuchen mit Decke” roughly translates as Apple Cake with Blanket and although not Strudel warrants a look for varying textures plus plenty of Cinnamon.
