Very rude, arrogant staff. We were ignored for about 10 minutes because the waiter was on the phone and eating (after greeting us with an unfriendly "ciao"). Asked for a cabana for 4 people (at 4pm in the afternoon). We felt 150 € was an unreasonable price and kindly asked, if it was possible to adjust it. Waiter let us know, that you always pay the full price for the day. He then left and sent the manager our way, who turned us away with an arrogant attitude saying they had no cabanas left (the beach was half empty). We then had the waiter talk about us to a different customer in Italian as he walked off laughing. All in all, 0/5 stars. DO NOT GO THERE! I know Forte dei Marmi is expensive and if you split the cost, the price is acceptable but the treatment you receive is inexcusable! There is no reason not to stay friendly and polite. We walked off horrified being treated that way. There are affordable options merely a 5 minute foot walk away.
