Terrible place, okay food. We were so happy that we found Baja Fresh on our way. But the experience destroyed our expectations. We ordered 2 baja bowls one with shrimp and one with chicken. We asked for rice, and we did not get it for either one. The employees were chit chatting and were completely off task and were not paying any attention to their customer's orders. I do NOT recommend this place. Meal type: Dinner

Baja Fresh!? All the salsa is made out of a FRESH CANS. Sorry not good. Don't recommend this spot.

Great experience at Baja today! We've had the misfortune of losing the Baja Fresh locations from our area, so my spouse's eyes lit up when they saw a Baja Fresh on our road trip down the 5. The employee that took our order was super kind, patient, and witty, even though I changed my mind two times (hanger moment). She even offered suggestions for our meal. THEN she went out of her way to bring the food to us. Mind blowing for a fast food joint! The employee was also quick with our last minute request to get one item to-go and supplied me with extra tortillas (update: it was just the third shrimp taco). We also ordered churros which were semi-housemade but tasted good too. The food was flavorful and perfectly cooked. I had the shrimp tacos and the shrimp were plump and juicy. The mango salsa I added from the salsa bar was also yummy. Now I remembered why we like Baja Fresh. We were so happy that we gladly tipped them some cash we had on hand. The decor is a bit lacking. There were only two dining table height spots and the rest were counter height. Not great for families with little kids, if dining height seats were all taken.
