I rarely have issues with bakers but tonight they gave me the wrong burrito and old fries. I called and no answer by time I wanted to go back they was closed. That was a waste of $16.

I have been going to Bakers in Bloomington,ca for 30 years and it has always been my go to place for a fast bite to eat, I have noticed lately the service has not been very good. And The burritos, tacos, and even the rice has been very very greasy. Today I pulled up to the drive-thru and right where the speaker was I waited and waited finally she took my order after 5min. There was only two cars in front of me but we didn't move. I knew something was wrong because the car in front of me started to honk.i finally got to the pick up window and someone was washing the little window and then dried the window then walked away. Nobody was up front after a long time I honked still nobody came. I could see my food and drinks sitting there even before the man started cleaning the window. When a lady came to give me my food I ask her what was going on. She said she was the only one working and she has to do everything. (I don't know who the window washer was) I took a picture of the Grease dripping from my food and I also took a picture of when I was leaving Baker's and I took a picture of my receipt to show what time I ordered. My tacos were soft because they had set so long up in the front counter and Laying in Greece. From the time I pulled in Baker's Drive-Thru to the time I pulled out to valley was 25 min. And ended up with greasy tacos and watered down tea. They just lost a loyal customer
