We arrived at 11:30 AM, and even though they open at 12:00 PM, the staff kindly let us wait inside and took our order immediately—kudos for the great hospitality! Here’s my take on the food: - Chicken Paa Inasal: A bit disappointing. It lacked flavor and didn't have that signature yellowish color from the annatto oil shown in their photos. - Beef Kansi, Baticolon, & Corazon: Delicious! The Kansi was really good, and the gizzard and heart were personal highlights. The staff are very attentive, and the toilet is clean. While the main chicken fell a bit flat, the excellent service and great side dishes made it a decent lunch. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₱1–500 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Corazon, Baticulon

I was craving for inasal and Balai Chicken Inasal never disappointed me. Tried for the first time as it was recommended by a friend and grabe hindi ako nanghinayang sa byahe kase SOLID and SARAP!!! Bait pa ng mga kuys na server and si ate na cashier!!! Will definitely go back!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
