I was staying in the Movenpick so i had breakfast at Baluba every morning, the staff are nice and the breakfast was good, I did like the fruits they served, the pineapples were amazing but other fruit was not. However, we decided to have dinner there on the last day and we were very disappointed. We had grilled calamari which were okay. But then we ordered lamb chops and we asked for them to be medium well, and we got them raw-rare. We could still see the blood. We also ordered the kenyan beef stew and the beef was so chewy and felt like stale rubber. The staff was helpful in the situation ad listened to the complaint, but it was a disaster nonetheless.
