There is no commercial approach, quite the contrary. Inviting you to discuss is in no way commercial but has the merit of trying to understand your dissatisfaction and potentially changing things when necessary. Few brands do this exercise and at Bao we make a point of not leaving any customers unhappy. We will not change this mindset, ever. Continuous improvement is vital.
