Inviting you to discuss is in no way commercial but has the merit of trying to understand your dissatisfaction and potentially changing things when necessary. Few brands do this exercise and at Bao we make a point of not leaving any customers unhappy. We will not change this mindset, ever. Continuous improvement is vital. We therefore remain at your disposal should you change your mind in order to have a constructive dialogue. Our menus at CHF 22 may seem high to you, that's one point of view, but our products are fresh, Swiss, and artisanal. We will also not change this approach that we have had for 7 years now.
