Had a great experience at Bao Master! The xiao long bao were fresh and juicy, especially the crab roe soup dumpling. I also loved the pan-fried pork buns and scallion oil noodles. Everything tasted freshly made, and it was fun watching the dumplings being prepared. The complimentary porridge bar was a nice touch too. Friendly service and a cozy atmosphere. This new dumpling shop is such a great find！ Soup dumplings start at just $3.99 and they serve complimentary homemade congee for free. Crab scallion oil noodles is a top pick. Once mixed, strong scallion aroma fills the table, thick crab roe sauce evenly coats every bouncy noodle for rich savory flavor. Giant kurobuta crab soup dumplings feature ultra-thin translucent skins filled with broth. Snip them open and warm golden soup oozes out; sip the soup first then enjoy tender crab and pork filling. Rainbow XLB comes in creative curry and kimchi flavors. For traditional eaters, their classic crab dumplings are consistently delicious and safe to order. Kurobuta pan-fried buns have crispy caramelized bottoms and soft pillowy tops, with delicious juicy broth bursting inside each bite. OMG The giant crab roe soup dumpling completely stole my heart! One bite and the golden broth came bursting out, so juicy and flavorful. The crab roe noodles were rich, fragrant, and absolutely addictive . The wontons and beef roll were delicious too! Plus, the free porridge at the end was such a sweet touch .
