Our company recently hosted an event for about 45 guests in the back bar area, and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. Joe and the entire team were fantastic to work with from start to finish. They went above and beyond, even helping us with setup, which made the event run smoothly. The food and drinks were excellent, the service was outstanding, and the pricing was very reasonable—especially for an area where event costs can add up quickly. Our guests had a great time, and everything exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a venue with great hospitality, I highly recommend hosting your event at Bar 10. We were hotel guests and arrived for breakfast 30 minutes prior to breakfast ending. We were seated almost immediately and then waited 30 minutes before finally flagging someone down to ask if we had a waiter as we didn’t even have water or coffee offered at that point. It took another 10-15 minutes to get water and to place our order. Food was fast and good when it came out. Juices and coffee ordered had to be asked for again after food came out. I rarely complain about service but this was shockingly bad and we were very respectful and patiently waiting. I’ve never had to ask for a waiter after 30 minutes of sitting at a table without a single employee acknowledging us. It then took another additional 10 minutes after we were done (and 2 of our party of 5 had left) before the bill came out. Very disappointed as our room delivery from this same restaurant took half the amount of time and was fantastic start to finish. Maybe it was an “off morning” but there was ZERO apology or even acknowledgement from staff of our lack of service. I expect much more as a guest of the Westin.
