The Caprese Panini was delicious. Melted fresh mozzarella, tomatoes and spinach with pesto on a soft grilled piadina. The mushrooms in the wild mushroom risotto were fantastic. However, the risotto itself was more gluey instead of creamy. Not the worst, just not the best risotto I've eaten. The Cicchetti Sunset was a decent cocktail. Overall, great experience and the venue was beautiful. Love the vintage crown molding and atmosphere. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40

Ordered a pasta dish which was very good, and burrata which was supposed to be accompanied by garlic crustini. What I got instead of crustini was two pieces of wheat toast rubbed in garlic. All together $60 before tip. Entree for $30 was minimal but I’m sort of use to that with restaurants linked to hotels. ( but the bread) cmon. And supposedly the chef in charge of this establishment was a top chef stand out on television. It’s clear they’re just taking advantage of their location, paying high rent and charge of higher prices for not that great of food to people who may or may not be back. Price per person: $50–60 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

We were visiting our son in Columbus and he and his girlfriend took us out to dinner at Bar Cicchetti. We were greeted warmly and our order came promptly. Everyone loved their food, especially me. I ordered the mushroom rigatoni and it was the most delicious meal I’ve ever eaten. But most impressive was our waiter, David. He was charming, funny, and extremely professional and by the end of the evening he felt like family. Next time I visit Columbus I will be back to this delightful restaurant. Kudos to David (in picture), he was an excellent waiter and made the evening even more wonderful! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
