Decent spot in the centre of Valencia to come for a drink or something to eat or both. We didn’t eat here but the food looked good. It’s also a hotel and the decor is very modern. The service was good and the overall atmosphere is very pleasant. Would recommend to come here if you’re exploring the city and want to take a quick break for something to drink or eat. My partner and I have eaten the daily menu and it has been a disappointing experience. The "tomato tartar" was literally a few pieces of tomato with almost no flavor. Meanwhile, the beef entrails were tough. As for dessert, we had to tell the waitress to fill the glass with pineapple muses a little more, because the amount she had brought us was ridiculous. In short, poorly prepared and scarce for the price of the menu (€16). We will not repeat.

I got this restaurant recommended for another one who was full when I wanted to book it. We arrived and the waiters were tense, looked like stress, so got immediately those go away face. We waited until they helped 3 other people who wanted to leave and pay. After those 5 minutes we got our table, ordered our drinks and appetizer to start with. After a while we called one of them and ordered our dinner. The Restaurant was from half empty to full in a short time. The food was good, nothing special. Just didn't like the layout of the restaurant, we got a table right next to the backdoor (just like ebrybody next to us) and it went everytime open and closed, so we got those cold shivers every time.
