Amazing atmosphere, brilliant music, staff so friendly a place to eat drink and be merry. A hidden treasure of a beer garden. Price per person: £100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes Vegetarian options: Excellent food and drinks menu Dietary restrictions: Offer gluten free options if you inform prior to arrival

Bottomless brunch - food was only small plate but enough for us. Service was great, non stop cocktails. The drinks themselves were very weak, primarily fruit juice or mixer. I had a rum and coke and asked for a small amount of coke and I could not taste the rum at all. I'm not a big drinker but after 5 cocktails and 2 rum and coke I felt sober. Which is slightly disappointing at £45 each for 90 mins. The glasses were small so the least you could do is mix them with the right amount of alcohol. It was okay but I probably wouldn't go again. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: £40–50

Absolutely terrible service. Such a disrespectful attitude to their own customers. I was here, with my fiance, at 05.11.2022, on my days off. We order coffee and cuban cigar, that they sell inside the bar. We came to smoke and relax after job, on our deserved days off. This plays positioned itself, like a place, with courtyard, for smokers, with ashtrays and possibility to buy cigars, right inside. If you are true esthetic smoker, you should know, that smoking cigar - it's a pleasure, that take a lot of time. But, when to the courtyard came another customers, with the small toddler (don't know what about we're thinking this people, if they taking baby to the smoking area in the place, for adults), we were interrupted in a very rude manner by the security guard. He said, that we are not allowed to smoke, in the smoking area, cigar, that I bought inside the Bar82. Absolutely ridiculous. To all their customers: if you will like to pay them money, and enjoy your cigar, cigarettes or vape, you can be rudely, disrespectfully interrupted, and asked to leave, just because, some other customers with babies, have more rights, than you :) Such a disappointment, it was my favorite place. It's a pity, that some owners don't have understanding of service etiquettes. Thank you.

Hi Dan, We are sorry you didn’t have a great experience at Bar82 We like to pride ourselves on great customer service However In response to your complaint you were politely asked by 4 different members of staff that there was a child Present in our outside courtyard area & to smoke outside the front area of the bar. We felt this issue was handled in a professional manner. Thanks Bar82
