Excellent service! Our waitress Valentina was so kind, attentive, and professional. She made sure we had a great time and checked on us throughout the night. One of the best experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend! Price per person: $40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I made a reservation to watch a soccer game and paid a 50% deposit three days in advance, so I expected that the table and accommodations I reserved would actually be available when I arrived. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The first issue was simply getting inside. Security guards continuously directed us to different lines, each giving conflicting instructions. We were sent back and forth multiple times, only to finally reach the correct location and still be spoken to rudely and yelled at by staff. After all of that, we were informed that there were no tables available despite having a reservation and deposit. When I requested a refund, it was refused. Instead, we were taken to a back room and offered a bench as seating. When I explained that we had reserved a table and expected proper accommodations, staff brought out dusty, broken tables from storage and still failed to provide enough chairs for our group. The manager was no help whatsoever. Rather than working toward a solution, he seemed more interested in asserting authority and repeatedly walked away from conversations instead of addressing the issues. At one point, when we tried to grab an additional chair because there weren’t enough seats for our group, he actually attempted to take the chair away from my friend after she was already sitting in it. It was incredibly unprofessional and unnecessarily confrontational. Given the inconvenience, I requested a discount or an adjustment to the minimum spend requirement. That was also refused. To make matters worse, the service was unbelievably slow. Food and drinks arrived hours after being ordered—some items didn’t arrive until after the game had already ended. No menus were provided, no one checked on our table, and it was nearly impossible to place orders. How are customers expected to meet a minimum spend requirement when staff don’t take orders or deliver them in a reasonable amount of time? The entire operation was disorganized from start to finish. The service was terrible, the staff attitudes were even worse, and there was absolutely no effort made to resolve the issues, offer a refund, provide compensation, or make things right. Between the confusing and rude security process, the lack of seating despite a reservation made days in advance, the manager’s behavior, and the extremely delayed service, this experience was completely unacceptable. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place to anyone. Price per person: $100+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Amazing Vibes and Great Night Out! BarCode Entertainment Complex is the perfect spot for a fun night out! The DJs kept the energy high with great music all night, and the light show was incredible. The staff were friendly and the venue was clean and well-organized. I also really enjoyed the food—surprisingly good for a nightlife spot! Highly recommend for anyone looking to dance, socialize, and have a memorable experience. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
