I have been eating at barcelos for years but what I experienced today was utter bullshit, firstly wrong order secondly the waitress stole from us , she overcharged us and lied that the printers were not working so she couldn't print the bill , I am very disappointed .

Theee worst EVER beef swarma in the universe! Last week I sent my Bf to get me a beef shwarma with tzatziki, he came back back with a chicken shwarma with peri mayo overload! I ate it coz I was too hungry. Today I went and got it my myself and made the mistake of not checking my order before I left. Firstly, NO tzatziki, I thought aah well I'm starving, and the food was cold, (it's 5 minute from the shop to my house) but then when the beef strips are not separated and are still raw and cannot be bitten into I have no words! Not forgetting the peri mayo (or whatever it is!) overload!!! I asked for a very hot meal and got a mild one. Ditto my boyfriend who ordered a super bafana meal. I guess I'm having instant porridge for dinner. So much disappointment! Over and over again! Never again! What a waste of my money and energy! The worst ever! Barcelos Lobatse is waaay better!

Never again. ..actually put a daily alarm on my phone come dinner time "Please don't go to Barcelos" just so I don't forget how patethic their service. .. thanks Passy Mt Edgecombe Barcelos
