Ресторан находится в самом центре, но при этом очень тихо, прекрасная звукоизоляция, ничто не отвлекает от гастрономического шоу. Очень приятный и улыбчивый персонал. Вкусно и аутентично. Часто возвращаюсь сюда.

One of the best Michelin stared restaurants I have visited. A culinary treasure house, very much deserving the two Michelin stars. The tasting menu is a really special experience. Everything was fabulous, perhaps the oyster with the Mexican mole and the sweet bread with vanilla were my favorites. Special compliments for the great attention to texture of the food, that enhanced the taste experience to the highest level. The ambiance is not special and the soft background music not my favorite, but that is totally compensated for by the extremely friendly service. If you like tea, the “tea car” is a great experience. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Not for us I’m afraid. We were a party of 4 on a day trip to Ronda especially to visit Bardal restaurant. First of all I was disappointed in the back room. It lacks atmosphere and the large round conference table had metal legs that had 2 guests uncomfortable. Obviously they keep the front more atmospheric room for the evening guests. Lunch and dinner are the same price. The staff were lovely and the welcome was warm. To be honest the food courses were very similar in texture and lacked strong flavor profiles. The featured jelly, custard and foam textures which were just not to our taste and seemed a bit repetitive. You could tell from the amount of food returned to the kitchen that we clearly weren’t enjoying the dishes but none of the team in the dining room enquired about our enjoyment of the food. This was disappointing. I know they can’t offer an alternative as the dishes are set but they need some strategy for dealing with this scenario. The could have asked but they didn’t seem to care. We didn’t feel the love. The petit fours and coffee were lovely. The bill was €780. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €100+ Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
