Hi Leonare, Thank you for the valued feedback. We’re so sorry that we disappointed you yesterday. We’ve just revamped our lunch menu and are still working through some kinks. Starting today, our pickled salad is changing to an eggplant salad that’s a bit more substantial. It looks like you ordered our BBQ items, which actually feature very authentic flavors thanks to our Filipino BBQ sauce paired with the spiced vinegar on the table, however they should typically be juicy and tender due to the sous vide process along with adequate BBQ glaze—we apologize that it was dry during your visit. I’ve already worked with my kitchen team on a way to ensure that the chicken remains juicy and is properly glazed to ensure the Filipino flavors shine. We’d love to make it up to you with a Buko Pandan on the house if you decide to give us another chance. This also applies if you’d prefer to try our dinner menu, which features a tasting menu for $308+10% per head that is quite a feast.
