We had the special—ribeye sandwich, cheesy potatoes, and a fresh tomato/pepper/onion salad. Delish! Too much food so taking home quite a bit of it, including our two pieces of homemade pie. The beef was delicious, tender and juicy, and the flavor was top notch! Service was friendly and helpful. This place is well worth the stop! This restaurant did not disappoint! From the friendly customer service to the delicious food, everything was excellent. I ordered the patty melt, and our son had a hamburger both were served hot, flavorful, and of excellent quality. The fries were perfectly crispy, and the presentation of each dish was charming. The warm, hometown hospitality made the experience even better. Everyone who came in was greeted in such a personable and welcoming way. We can’t wait to return! Thank you for the wonderful service and hospitality. UPDATE:. We stopped by for lunch on 08/23, and once again, Barnyard Burgers did not disappoint! The food was delicious, and the customer service was outstanding. Our sweet waitress was an absolute doll, kind, smiling, friendly, and genuinely personable. That type of customer service seems to be missing from so many restaurants these days, so it was refreshing to experience it here. Our food came out hot, fresh, and tasting homemade. We also decided to try some of the pie, and it was absolutely delicious! Great food, wonderful service, and a welcoming atmosphere. What more could you ask for? The world needs more places like The Barnyard Restaurant. I stopped a few weeks ago by chance turning around here on I35. I had the Willie for lunch and it was fantastic. I planned my trip today to stop here for breakfast and it was fantastic. The food is fresh and delicious. Excellent service and a great atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable and happy. I will definitely be back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Breakfast
