The only grill worthy of the name, both in terms of prices and quality, in the Vasto area and surrounding areas (we are located in San Salvo specifically). Immersive location, with wooden details reminiscent of a mountain cabin. First choice meat: I got to know the owner and talk to the chef and the passion for "ciaccia" shines through in their eyes. Wide choice of local appetizers, cuts of meat (ranging from steaks with a capital B from various parts of the world to burgers, kebabs, roasts...), side dishes and drinks. Very honest price: 2 of us spent 90 euros eating 6 starters, a mega 2.5 kg steak whose name I don't remember, but certainly the juice of the meat. Good at the service, at least as far as I'm concerned: the waiters like to chat and entertain the customers (after all, we are in a grill restaurant and we are forgetting that the waiter is not a robot) and the meat was served to us with a trolley, plate turned on above (I love when I can choose my own cooking) and a fantastic storyteller. Among the other reviews I read that someone complained about a blond waiter, for some attitude: it happens that it is a boy with the 104, with some delays certainly, but with a lot of desire to do, super polite and organized .
