Delicious lunch and super nice service. Fresh flowers on the table. Nice menu to choose from for breakfast or lunch. We opted for 1x a nice breakfast, 1x a pumpkin soup and 1x a Caesar salad with a latta and a coffee. Will definitely come back. By the way: it also has neat sanitary facilities with fun things to do, but with a staircase down. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Lekker Ontbijt

Nice place for breakfast or brunch. There is also a terrace in good weather. Good formula for breakfast. Bread, hot drinks and orange juice can be supplemented with 3, 4 or 5 items from a long list. There are also set menus for those who do not like to choose. Friendly staff. Good price/quality ratio. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

We (a friend from Berchem and I) were looking for a nice place to meet near Berchem Station. Now I had a Bongo voucher and it said Bar'rique, so why not try this? The friend had already been there, so I made a reservation. Ah yes, of course there is still room. Ouch with Bongo (immediately a lot less friendly)... ??? This is only possible at 9am. Called elsewhere, what a difference... just come when it suits you, ma'am. To me, this says a lot about running a business. So it won't be Bar'rique from now on, unfortunately. I sometimes wonder why businesses participate in Bongo, etc. if they don't support it afterwards. That they then set their price high enough so that they don't tear their pants, or simply don't participate. In any case, do not affect a customer who simply received a voucher as a gift.

You can make continuous reservations on weekdays (9 a.m. to 3 p.m.). We advertise this in several places on our website and Bongo is also aware of this. We therefore regret that this information has apparently not reached you. We are also very sorry that you did not come to eat with us and were not able to enjoy the atmosphere and conviviality in Bar'rique, but you do give us a rating of 2/5.
