I ordered a cake by phone last night. I explained in detail what and how I wanted. I specifically stated that I did not want whipped cream on the cake. The lady who took the order said that they did not use whipped cream, they only used pastry cream and a small amount of whipped cream to fix the fruit decoration on the cake.
