I do not recommend at all this is was the most disgusting service of ice cream I have ever experienced. My father found a big chunk of ice cube in his ice while eating almost hurt his tooth. While eating the cone the top half of both our cones was very soft gave stale, as I took the wrapper off the bottom of the cone there was battered leaking from the bottom of the cone as if it was not cooked all the way. I do not recommend anything from THIS specific location. Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Would NOT recommend to anyone that wants to order a birthday cake! I paid for a PLAIN blue ice cream crunch cake a week before my daughter’s 3rd birthday. I was suppose to pick it up at 10am. That was the earliest time they provided even though they open at 6am on Saturdays. I got there at 9:50 and the employees looked completely clueless when I said I was picking up my cake. I had to then wait a HOUR for my cake to get there. When I finally got to my daughter’s party I put all the decorations on the cake. We sung happy birthday and cut it open and I saw that it’s NOT WHAT I ORDERED! I had to pay an extra fee for a crunchy layer and fudge. There was not an ounce of either on the cake. I don’t understand how all I received was a “sorry”. I didn’t get a discount , no refund or a gift card for the inconvenienceS. I will not be ordering from them again!
