Came in for a mocha capaccino blast today 6/16/2026, 8:30pm. I asked for whipped cream and cinnamon. This is what the girl gave me. Upon seeing the drink I asked for a refund. No whipped cream, no cinnamon. The drink was for my wife, she orders this drink on a monthly basis and this is never what she has been given. She not only stated I couldn’t have a refund due to a manager not being present, but she also said she could not remake it. From someone that has worked customer service in the past, those two statements are not only unacceptable, but ridiculous. I was left with an oh well, call in the am to complain. What the hell!? Where are the standards?

I received a coupon in the mail and visited this Baskin-Robbins location, and they accepted it with no problem. I went on a Saturday afternoon, and it wasn’t busy at all. I also noticed they have a drive-thru, which is such a plus—I’ll definitely try that next time. There’s plenty of parking and seating inside, and they have a great variety of flavors, plus ready-to-go ice cream cakes. I loved my cone — I chose a cherry scoop with a peanut butter chocolate scoop, and the combination was delicious! Overall, a really great experience.
