LONG LINES and wait times. Bad system for payment and ordering ice cream. I had to stand in line twice ordered a 3 scoop Sunday with hot fudge, whipped cream nuts and cherry. The hot fudge was "chocolate shell" not HOT FUDGE !!! Due to language barriers the woman taking my order was courteous and nice but didn't speak or understand English well and forgot to put my nuts on the sundae which another employee put on for me later. In hindsight she was putting the toppings on first including the whipped cream and I stopped her and said whipped cream on top. Now I understand it was because it is shell and not hot fudge. I wouldn't know that and they don't tell you either........ It wasn't bad but it definitely was not the flavor or texture profile I was expecting or wanting today....just being honest Management do better. Thanks

Been coming by this DDB a long time too many years the customer service is getting really bad I guess the lady didn't want to wait on me but I paid my money just like the guy behind me. So I got a big lump of ice cream in my coffee couldn't get my straw through it how nice.

Gross child ask 4 ice cream and we saw flys!! Don’t eat here!! Someone needs to call health department on them! The employee saw but ignored it!!
