I ordered three identical ice creams with waffle cups, but I was charged $41 and all three came in different sizes. The service was poor — I pointed it out to the staff, but nothing was done about it. The team needs better training so the service is more consistent and standardized, and customers receive a better overall experience.

As the PTA President for Live Oak Elementary, I’ve had the pleasure of working closely with the owners of Baskin-Robbins San Ramon, Ranga and Anusha, and they have been nothing short of amazing. They have generously sponsored our school events and are always so supportive of our community. Both of them are kind, professional, and truly wonderful to work with. The store is always clean, welcoming, and well-run, and the customer service is consistently excellent. You can feel the care and pride they put into their business. We are so grateful to have such a thoughtful and community-minded local business in San Ramon.

They close whenever they feel like it. They’re supposed to be open until 9:30 PM. At 9:00, the employee turns off the lights on us and starts mopping. At 9:10, a cute family comes in and the employee refuses to serve them. Ten minutes later, three of her friends come in and walk out with huge servings of ice cream and a pint. Another friend comes in right before closing and stays after closing. The kids running the place need more supervision.
