In true motherly fashion, my wife wanted to come here for Mother’s Day. Most compare the experience as Too Golf for baseball. Having friends who have gone all in was really told was it was slow moving. With that being known we made our reservation for 2 hours. My wife and I had eaten so our 2 boys ate and we have an appetizers. Fun experience, amazing atmosphere is where I will start. Brisket queso was so/so. Chips were very salty and if you did not scoop the cheese every 10 seconds the cheese got thick. Boys ate burgers and said again very salty. Portion sizes are good though. I will warn though we thought we did what would be the average family experience and it was over $300. Not sure when we will be back but be prepared to pay a lot. If it is experience you’re after it was awesome. Maybe eat before. Things to note w/ kids: Have them bring their bat (balls are tee balls not cage balls) but something comfortable to swing If sharing helmets is a concern being your own Price per person: $30–40 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

The bay we had reserved had some technical issues that were unable to be resolved during our time, but Miguel and team did an amazing job of taking care of us due to an issue that was no fault of theirs. We really appreciate it! We were still able to get into another box and had a lot of fun, and we will be back for sure. The food was great, and I bet it is a lot of fun during the adult only hours they have. It seemed like a great place to take kids for practice, wish we had this when I was growing up.

After communicating with the executive team of Batbox over my initial review of our visit, they have made several changes that will definitely make the experience better for everyone.
