We were here last night (30th May 26) for the last stop of a hen party. We were really well looked after by Kieran, who was absolutely lovely and shared our weird and wonderful sense of humour. We had an absolutely amazing night. I had a couple free drink vouchers on Mixr (cherry Bakewell spritz) which were stunning. Lovely staff, everyone was so friendly - from the bouncer who checked out bags, to Kieran, to the the bar staff who I kept bugging with my free drink vouchers . We love coming here and will definitely be back Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This used to be my go to place in Cardiff for great cocktails, but after visiting recently I wouldn’t recommend. Paid £25 to book a table (which would then be taken off the bill) but we couldn’t reach our table as it was surrounded by people trying to get to the bar. Arriving at 8:30 music was blaring so you couldn’t speak, everyone inside was blind drunk and the toilets were vile. Really didn’t expect this so early in the night. We swiftly left and sacrificed the £25 booking fee - I would have happily paid £25 to leave. Atmosphere: 1

I was there on Saturday for a cocktail masterclass for a hen party. It was absolutely incredible! We all had so much fun, and everyone said how much they enjoyed. Dan was absolutely fantastic! I couldn't spot him when we were leaving so please pass on a massive thank you to him, he was so full of energy and made it so fun! Kristian was great too and welcoming when we arrived, and even though a few of us arrived late him and Dan were very polite about it. I will 100% be recommending Be At One, and will also be coming back myself! Thanks again for an amazing time!
