The Beachside Patio Bar

You were denied at the door because your group of four women threw cups into the property beside us as you walked up, which shows on our survalience camera and you later admitted. After a brief conversation you were denied at the door, you then walked to the back of our property and were told you need to leave as you were on private property. One of you then called the owner a douchebag and your group was escorted off the property. As we were walking out the rude woman assaulted the owner by striking his phone as he went to take the woman’s photo. The rude friend took off down the street while three other embarrassed women tried to continue the conversation with us. We explained that we have the right on who we serve and why, and that we do not take being called douchebags kindly, while you were standing on our property and were asked to leave. You were slurring your words, there are laws about being intoxicated in public, laws about having open alcohol in public, and we refused to be responsible for however many drinks you had before you reached our door. This was all recorded by the woman who escorted you out. We record for our protection, which is legal. If anyone would like to review the video of this interaction they may contact us and we would be more than happy to provide. We will not be disrespected. We are not responsible for your bad behaviour. And by the way, you really shouldn’t litter, it’s people like you that ruin our small town and our beach. Don’t come back and please tell your friends, we’re not like other bars.
