Bean Water Espresso is just consistently disappointing. I used to come here because they opened earlier than most coffee shops and were one of the cheapest options around, but at this point, even the convenience isn't worth it. I always order an iced Americano with a little cream. Nothing complicated, nothing fancy. I'm not expecting it to taste like the greatest coffee ever made. It's espresso, water, ice, and some cream. How hard can that possibly be? Yet somehow, every time I come here, it tastes like burned disappointment with a splash of cream. I order the exact same drink at other coffee shops, and somehow they manage to make it taste like actual coffee instead of the ashes of my hopes and dreams. I don't need a life-changing coffee experience. I just want something decent to start my morning. Instead, I get a cold cup of regret and a reminder that being the cheapest and opening the earliest doesn't mean much when the coffee is consistently terrible. Worst way to start the morning. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: $1–10
