We ordered a few things to pick up. My partner has a dairy allergy and told the staff when ordering a hoagie, asking them not to put any dairy in it. They usually have cheese but they have made it without for us before, and said that was fine as they are made to order. When we got home he bit into it and there was cheese - he's now feeling awful. When we called they told him he shouldn't have ordered a hoagie, but if they will no longer make it without cheese why not say so as soon as an allergy was mentioned. So careless. Bought a take away falafel wrap from Beirut and I think it was hands down the worst falafel wrap I’ve ever had. Not only did it take 20 minutes to cook, but also my first 2 bites were purely mayonnaise (which has no place in a falafel wrap anyway) and bread. There was a little bit of measly salad to accompany the falafel which were dry. I’d recommend adding some pickles, tahini, non mayo sauce and better salad to improve the overall experience, as well as teaching the staff how to distribute sauce in an even fashion
