I am a former employee here , only been here for 2 weeks straight. Everything was good until I got Covid from the students and the fact I was told by other workers that they also got sick mainly because of that. The students go in there no mask and act like Covid doesn’t exist around the corner 3 years ago . Another incident where this lady named Mrs G the supervisor or Geraldine she is a black older lady and been there for some time , has Shouted at me on a few occasions to do my job when she could have pulled me to the side and suggested for me to do more things and guess what this bitch does ? TALKS TO OTHER EMPLOYEES ABOUT MY WORK ETHIC. Not only that but the chef and the main lady that was TRAINING ME. Not sure of how many people but I have personally walked in on her saying- “ where they hire this girl “? , she is not fit for this job dah dah dah when I went back in the kitchen to ask HER general questions about breakdown that Friday . I have not done nothing to this lady and mind you I only been there for a week and a half . I’m just warming up and getting used to the environment. That was the last straw after the first two or three times she shouted at me. I also wanted to add in another note as well I reported this to mrs terri or Teresa Ratliff guess what this lady said “ are we going to keep having these conversations “ ? Are you kidding me ? A damn manager and you can’t even handle situations like this plus I was talking with her about my hours and time that I put in along with the two incidents with the supervisor and she just went all nonchalant about it . I wanted to make sure my check was decent hell yea I want to talk you about any and everything was going on . She said this while on the phone and my sister went THE FUCK off as she should. I go to pick up my check, it’s no problem. The second check I got to wait in the mail when I could have gotten it along with my resignation letter which I don’t understand who gave that right or permission to do that . The establishment was not all negative but I would not recommend to work here and you only get the best experience if you really a student here.
