The staff was unfriendly and wouldn’t allow bathroom use unless getting food and was told to “go to McDonald’s honey” by the host. I find that very disrespectful, very unkind, and very unprofessional.. Definitely should work on addressing some attitude issues and bad manners, especially if you want them to come back and try some food and bring some people, but being rude to them over using bathroom isn’t a good way to attract customers, especially since I mean if they get mad over someone waiting to use the bathroom they probably get mad over other stuff that shouldn’t be an issue too. Not trying to get anyone fired, just trying to explain that there needs to be some attitude adjustments please and thank you. Reply back to owner: you lack professionalism and manners like I said. Service: 1

This is too funny the lady was a customer that told you this and I was not rude I asked if you had dined with us and you said no and I politely told you that the restroom is for customers. It even has it on the front of the door.glad you found time to come write a pointless review!

Excellent food and service. I could have made a meal out of the fried mushrooms all by themselves. The lobster ravioli was absolutely delicious. The server/hostess, "Kim," was prompt to meet and great me. She brought my drink quickly (but almost seemed impatient TBH.)Kim seemed annoyed when I asked her her name (I've always thought it polite for servers to introduce themselves.) I ordered the NY Strip. TBH, the steak was cooked to perfection and tasty. Five stars for it! However, the green beans side looked like they were leftover c-rations from WWII. Mushy and tasteless. The "garlic mashed potatoes" were equally bland and seem like reconstituted potatoes flakes. I'm not sure where the garlic was, either.

I told her I was on the road (I'd been driving for ten hours) and to please bring my check (which she did.) When I put my card out, she walked by and said "We don't take AmEx" in a somewhat condescending tone. OK, you don't want to pay the merchant fee for that card, no problem. So, I plop down $55 cash. My bill was $45 and that left a $10 tip for what I would describe as decent, but not friendly service. She never even said "thank you."

This place is clearly loved by the locals. I overheard another patron comment about AmEx after Kim made the comment they don't take it, and two sets of couples from different tables clearly knew each other. They clearly weren't thrilled about some Northerner stopping to eat at their restaurant.

I would be willing to try their pizza. and, like I said, the steak was perfect. But not much in the way of ambiance or friendly service.
