Bellini’s Harborview is an absolute treasure in Harborview/federal Hill and has quickly become one of my favorite places on the Baltimore waterfront. The combination of welcoming people, fun atmosphere, and consistently great drinks makes it somewhere you always want to come back to. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the pride that owner Brian puts into this place. He’s always finding new ways to keep guests engaged, whether it’s refining the menu, adding little touches around the bar, or just taking the time to talk with people and make them feel at home. His wife Jo is often right there with him at the bar, chatting with guests and helping create that friendly, neighborhood‑meets‑vacation vibe that’s hard to find anywhere else. The staff deserves a huge shout‑out as well. Zack, Jeff, Sameera, Cory, and Johnny are all fantastic—professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. They remember faces and favorites, keep the service moving even when it’s busy, and always seem happy to be there. It makes a big difference when the entire team feels this dialed‑in and guest‑focused. The space itself is loaded with things that make you want to linger. There’s outdoor waterfront seating with beautiful harbor views, perfect for a drink at sunset or a relaxed weekend afternoon. Inside, the popcorn machine, darts, and pool table give it a fun, laid‑back energy—you can make a whole evening of it without ever feeling rushed. Add in TVs playing all the popular sports, and it’s an easy go‑to spot for game day. The drinks are a standout highlight. Their bellinis and spritzes are excellent, and the Hugo Spritz especially is a personal favorite—light, refreshing, and perfect for the waterfront setting. The blue cheese stuffed olive martinis are another must‑try: rich, briny, and incredibly satisfying if you love a good savory cocktail. Pair that with their solid drink menu, and you’ve got a place that works equally well for a casual drink, a date night, or an evening out with friends. Overall, Bellini’s Harborview is the kind of bar/restaurant every neighborhood wishes it had: a warm, well‑run spot where the owner knows your name, the staff take great care of you, and there’s always something fun going on—backed up by great drinks, and a fantastic harbor view. The vibes here are unreal. The staff is amazing, they’re always accommodating. The drinks are light and refreshing, they also have little mini espresso martini shots. The best thing is they have popcorn, with different flavor seasonings. The view of the harbor is amazing especially at sunset. Also dog friendly , there are water bowls around for dogs and they have treats behind the bar . Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Absolutely loved this spritz bar in Baltimore! The harbor views are unreal, especially at sunset. The cocktails were creative, refreshing, and perfectly made, and the service was top tier from start to finish. The whole vibe is the perfect mix of romantic and fun with great music, beautiful atmosphere, and such a cool spot to spend an evening.
