Spectacular meal! They are more deserving of a Michelin star than any Michelin restaurant we have tried. So wonderful without being too fussy. Just perfect tasting food and fantastic service! I had the pumpkin gnocchi and my spouse had the ravioli. So, so good! And Claudia the sommelier was spot on for wine suggestions. Incredible location, view, food and wine. Perfection! My wife and I ate at the Belvedere restaurant twice during our stay in ravello (lunch and dinner). The ambience is great as the restaurant has a nice view over the amalfi coast. Furthermore during dinner, you can hear a piano player playing live piano from the outdoor bar of the hotel. Service is not up to par for a restaurant of this caliber. We had to ask for a waiter’s attention numerous times during our meal (dinner in particular). Furthermore, our server gave us the dessert menu before our main courses even arrived as he had forgotten about them. The food itself was good but nothing super standout given the price point. Without the service issues I’d rate the restaurant a 4 or 4.5 / 5. My favorite dish was the spaghetti with tomato sauce and basil pesto and my wife enjoyed the dessert the most (lemon sorbet).
