Our group of 42 had a wonderful dining experience at Bertucci's Italian Restaurant! Upon arriving, Free warmly welcomed us and showed me where our group would be seated. The tables were already prepared with plates, cups of ice water, and baskets ready for their delicious homemade rolls. The organization and attention to detail made our arrival seamless. As soon as the students were seated, the staff began serving family-style salad and fresh bread. Drinks were promptly filled from pitchers, and the servers interacted with the students in a professional, friendly, and attentive manner, ensuring everyone's needs were met. The meal was fantastic! The family-style homemade pasta and wood-fired pizza were a huge hit with the students—they devoured every bite. To top it all off, everyone enjoyed a delicious chocolate chip cookie for dessert. At the adult table, Free went above and beyond, taking excellent care of the group and even surprising one of our adults with a special birthday dessert. That extra touch was greatly appreciated and made the celebration even more memorable. Thank you to Free and the entire Bertucci's team for your outstanding hospitality and service. I came as part of a tour group today, and I have never been more disappointed with the management of an establishment. The employees working on the floor were amazing, very attentive, professional, and doing their best under the circumstances. Unfortunately, the management was the complete opposite. I witnessed something that was extremely upsetting. I believe a manager named Maazan threw away countless pizzas, too many to count. Seeing that amount of perfectly good food go straight into the trash was shocking, especially when there are so many people in need who could have benefited from it. It reflected a lack of judgment, compassion, and responsibility. Beyond that, the overall professionalism displayed by management was disappointing. While the staff worked hard to provide good service, management’s actions left a very negative impression on our group. The employees deserve recognition for their efforts, but the leadership seriously needs improvement. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed by what I witnessed. I hope the company takes a closer look at how situations like this are handled in the future. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

After driving ALL DAY, this was our dinner stop! The pizza was really good and the salad was basic. But it was FREE as I'm a Motorcoach operator. But my group was on and out and I loved that for them. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
