We recently visited Restaurant Bes Doni and unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. During our visit, the waitress recommended a dish that cost 1,100 Lek, which we happily accepted. However, when the bill arrived, we noticed that we were charged for a larger version of the dish, which cost 2,000 Lek. When we asked the waitress why she made this change without informing us, she said she thought we would want the larger version and went ahead on her own. This was absolutely inappropriate and made us feel deceived by this place. It was not right to charge us a higher cost without our consent. We are very disappointed with this restaurant and will never be returning. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and everyone should be aware of such unworthy behavior. The food is good and fresh. Some service upgrade would help, but this is a family business and it influences the staff selection. Price per person: ALL 1,500–2,000 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
