One of the young women who attends the bar has bad management with customers, she is not attentive to requests and the beer is served badly. They must train to work in loud music environments, scan the area by signs from the customers and make gestures that allow the customer to understand if the request has been taken or if they will come to take the order in a while. It's either that or the young woman who treated me just doesn't want to work there.

they don’t play any song u request english or Spanish don’t waste ur time coming here. it doesn’t matter if it’s busy or not and they won’t play anything u want. meanwhile clubs/bars in new york and in miami will play what u want. this dj sucks don’t bother ur time here. drinks are cheap but not worth it since the music is trash. this is the dj that doesn’t play what u requested and doesn’t care if people leave. i Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

My friend and I visited Better Days and were met by an extremely hostile and unfriendly manager. The interaction was uncomfortable and completely unnecessary, which took away from what could have been an enjoyable experience. She told my friend to leave simply because she bumped into her friends shoulder. Yelling obscenities and physically pushed my friend. Customer service should be welcoming, not confrontational. The bar staff was friendly with the exception of her!!!!! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
