Had the best Halibut ever! Appetizers and dinner top notch! All fresh - it is also a BYOB ! Get the Brussels sprouts appetizer as a starter. Price per person: $40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Dietary restrictions: Great with handling any allergies.

I read online that Biba was one of the best restaurants in Beaver, so my family and I decided to give it a try while we were in town visiting family. Even though we did not having a reservation, they were able to squeeze us in and get us a table. The food and service were both excellent, and the experience lived up to the reviews. Biba is definitely a gem. Highly recommend if you’re in the area. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Wonderful dinner at BIBA last night! We went on a Tuesday evening around 7 pm and were able to get a reservation. I recommend calling ahead for a table because it is an intimate space with limited seating that seems to fill up very fast. This was the perfect place for our girls night out. It is byob with a $5 glass fee per guest, rather than a per bottle fee. I appreciated that! We started with the focaccia, provoleta, and beans & greens. They were all really good with lots of flavor, nice size portions and great seasoning! I ordered the halibut and it was fabulous. The fish was perfectly seared and paired with fresh ingredients, cherry tomatoes, spinach, garlic and pasta. We ended the night with a to go pineapple dessert which was so yummy (and made in house)! Amanda was our server and was so sweet, friendly and attentive. She was a highlight to our evening and we really enjoyed chatting with her. The menu may be limited but what comes with that is quality and perfection. It rotates often so check Facebook for the latest menu. This will be our new go to spot!
