Highly recommend Big Fun Inflatable Park for families and birthday parties! I’ve had 2 birthday parties there for my boys with the Ultimate Fun Package and both were awesome. Great food with lots of choices on the menu — the new taco in a bag is amazing! Staff are always friendly, helpful, and there whenever you need anything. The kids had an absolute blast and even the adults had fun. Thanks again Big Fun for making the birthdays so special!

I hate reading negative reviews because our experience at Big Fun was great ! If you’re expecting 5-star luxury service, this is not that - but for a kids’ party venue, it really delivers. It’s what you make of it, and we made it an amazing time! We had 14 kids plus parents, and everyone truly enjoyed themselves. I arrived early to decorate, and the staff were helpful whenever I asked. The kids were excited the moment they entered the room and saw green inflatable crowned Chair, plus decorations!. The food (pizza, deep-fried party sampler, and a plate load of French fries) was exactly what you’d expect, perfect for a party. I also appreciated the help with cake slicing when needed. We never felt rushed out of the room. Alysia (our hostess) was kind and attentive, checking in to see if we needed anything and offering to help organize and clear up. The arcade was a huge hit with the kids, and they loved redeeming their treats afterward. I was also able to bring in extra tables to set up goodie bags and decorate the green room exactly how I wanted. This place is great for all ages, even some parents were tempted to jump in and join the fun! Overall, such a fun and energetic place. We’ll definitely be back for more
