I'm sure this is for some people, but I just wanted a coffee, and it seems like everything has a concerning amount of sugar or syrup added to it. If you are a sweet coffee drinker, I'm guessing this place is for you. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10

The reviews about the manager at this location are honestly wild to me. Hi, I’m Jennifer. I own a business nearby and I’m at this location one to two times a day regularly. My drinks are always perfect, the staff is amazing, and the manager is genuinely one of the sweetest people I’ve ever interacted with. I was actually in line the day the “rainbow frappe” customer called the store absolutely screaming at the manager over the phone about things that were completely outside of her control. The milk was not sour — I got milk that same day. And honestly, rainbow frappes are notoriously questionable anyway, so I’m not shocked it tasted off to you. What shocked me was hearing someone verbally attack another human being over a sugar drink. Yes, we could hear you yelling. Loudly. You accused her of hanging up on you when, truthfully, most people would have ended that call much sooner. No one deserves to be spoken to that way while simply doing their job. How dare anyone speak to staff like that and still expect respect in return? Kindness goes both ways. Bigfoot Java has been one of my favorite coffee houses for many, many years. I have been one of their original customers from when they originally started. Service has always been exceptional. The lady breweristas are always beautiful, funny and nice to talk to. Sometimes the line can be a little long.But it's well worth it.The coffee is great. Sometimes I am buying for multiple people.My staff appreciates it when I come through and get them their favorite drink. Price per person: $10–20 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
