Bigfoot on Bronson is my favorite coffee stand. I have been to many. Specifically Cassie goes above traditional service. She is warm and no matter how busy, makes you feel like you’re the only customer in line. I just love her, but the entire team is amazing. Airyn, Holly, Liam, and so many more, names are evading me right now. The lines may be long at times, but getting coffee is a choice. I’ve seen many customers get upset for this reason. Patience is a virtue and know they are working as quickly as possible. I’ve seen many employees come and go over the years, some I have personally gotten departing for. They also were wonderful, unfortunately the high up management doesn’t always value what they have. You guys are great, keep up the good work! I will continue to be a loyal customer Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’ve loved bigfoot for a while but I feel like the quality of coffee has really gone down, every time I get coffee it has a slightly burnt taste. Also the prices are so high for just a normal coffee, $8 feels like a bit much with nothing fancy or extra added to it. The staff is always really nice, and when I get red bulls i don’t have any problems. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This was my first experience at this Bigfoot Java! I showed up at 9:50 and I did not get my drink in my hand until 10:25 And there were only four cars in front of me, And there were Three people working. I lost a bar of gas waiting in line, And by the time, I finally made it up there I asked them for something on the house and explained that I had waited 35 minutes and that they didn’t even have something for the drink that I wanted, And all he did was shake his head at me and say no sorry we don’t do that I said you don’t do what? Starbucks would. I thought it was really rude that I had to wait that long for my drink and my drink did didn’t even have what I wanted which was a butterfly gummy, which is so stupid but when you wait that long in the morning, you want what you ordered! They should’ve made this right and first of all they should’ve apologized for how long I had to wait, And then they should’ve said sure we will give you something on the house. All I wanted was a bagel.! I told them they would get reviewed and here’s their review. This is me the girl in the Mazda that ordered your Red Bull and I’m still not happy with you guys.
