Hi Faizel, Thanks for your review. I am sorry to hear that you did not like the Birria tacos. I hope you followed the directions of adding hot sauce and dipping in and sipping the consomé while eating them. We follow an authentic traditional recipe so maybe they were not the type of tacos you expected to get, but we are very happy that you enjoyed our breakfast items.

Hi Abbas, Thanks for your message. I would like to apologize if you thought we had forgotten your order but I can assure you that was not the case. We have a very well thought out ordering process and provide all customers with a number and a buzzer. We cook everything to order as we are not a fast food truck but a gourmet food truck. We were extremely busy that evening and I am sure you noticed the long queues. The people picking up their food was not necessarily the 10 people in the queue before you. As we give out buzzers people go walk around and come back once we page them. Your order was in sequence and once again I can only apologize that you had to wait so long. We had no other complaints except a huge amount of compliments on our food. We only use imported authentic Mexican products to make our Birria tacos and unfortunately that can drive up the cost but we are very proud of our tacos and know we deliver a great product. Hopefully you will give us another chance to make it up to you.
