On a recent visit for both bike service and a retail purchase, at least three staff members interacted with me. All were helpful in identifying what I needed and steering me toward or providing it. All were friendly and not in a fake or inappropriate way. My sense was that they enjoy their subject matter and are glad to help others enjoy it as well.

The staff, especially Marc, are amazing. I recently visited the store to purchase a shirt for my husband. Arriving back home (Denver CO), I realized I bought the wrong size. After contacting Marc, he made it extremely easy to exchange. I really appreciate the personal attention and positive attitude. Will stop by again when in town.
